B complex is composed of: B1 Thiamine which helps the body convert carbohydrates to energy B2 Riboflavin which assists energy release from food, playing a key role in maintenance of health of eyes, skin and nervous system. B6 Pyridoxine which helps in the production of neurotransmitters. This is an important vitamin for immune system function.
