At Eastern Shimmer we are all about the client experience and know that your time is precious.  However, mutual respect is kindly requested from our customers to value our time also.   

 

To eliminate no shows and last minute cancellations, a booking fee is now in force on our website for all bookings titled as 'deposit required' as a non refundable booking fee.  This fee is kept by Eastern Shimmer to secure your appointment, without payment your booking is not secured.  

 

Secured bookings are changeable at any time before the 48 hours prior to the booking time.  Any time thereafter the booking fee will be lost and another booking fee is required to book another appointment.

 

By booking with us via our 'book online' facility, you are agreeing to these terms.  These terms are enforced on treatment bookings & course bookings which have further booking terms within description of courses.

For walk in bookings for a future date or telephone bookings where no deposit is given, 48 hour notice is required for cancellations.  If this is not given or there is a no show, a 100% charge of your missed treatment will be added onto your next appointment.
