Duration of courses vary with self study incorporated.

 

All theory classes will involve google classroom assignments and resources with one to one online support and tutorials. To complete a course, a theory must be completed as well as a practical course with online exams, portfolio building, assignments and practical assessments to pass the qualification.

Why train with us?  Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT)  is recognised internationally, so not only will you be able to work in the UK, your qualification will be recognised abroad therefore you do not to retake your qualifications.  At Eastern Shimmer, class sizes are small (maximum of 6, unless it is Indian Head, this one is up to a maximum of 10), enabling good teacher ratio guidance as well as learner experience.  Teachers, assessors & IQA's delivering and monitoring the qualifications have a wealth of experience offering support and guidance throughout, thus passing expertise to the student.

English not your first language?  No barriers at Eastern Shimmer, English as a Second Language (ESOL) is available as a separate course alongside booking a beauty course to ensure your English is at the correct level to pass modules of VTCT qualification.  In addition, Functional Skills at Level 1 and Level 2 is offered with Skillsfirst.  Want access to higher education?  Enrol on our preparation for IELTS examination to get into your chosen university with the English you need!
